A CARF Three-Year Accreditation was awarded to Pillars Mental Health, Family Services and Addictions Programs.

Pillars' Child and Family Development Center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). 


Pillars has provided mental health services, social services, and education for people of all ages for over 80 years. We serve West and Southwest Suburban Cook County, Eastern Du Page County and Chicago. With 8 locations, we served approximately 10,000 individuals and families last year.
Fees are collected on a sliding scale. Insurance is accepted and covers most services offered. Many services are bilingual (offered in languages including English, Spanish, and Arabic) and all are provided without regard to race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, income level, gender, age or disability.

Clients served: 10,000 annually

Operating budget: $14.5 million

Total Staff: Over 180 highly skilled and trained staff members

Site Locations: 8 office and counseling centers, with services also provided in community settings such as homes, schools, police stations, court houses, and emergency rooms.
